About TF+D

Teixeira de Freitas, Dias da Silva e Advogados Associados, registry no. 715 in Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB/PR – Brazil Lawyers Association) and on List IV of the Luxembourg Bar Association, operates in the field of Corporate Law since its founding in 1997. Our lawyers provide consultancy to vital sectors of a company. We specialize in Legal Structuring of International Investments and Succession and Asset Planning.
Already acting strongly in support of foreign investors who want to establish their operations in Brazil, starting in 2018, the office began our internationalization process, setting in Europe a new base of operations, extending the range of services provided to support the process of internationalization of our Brazilian clientele.
We work for companies in the following fields: aerospace, construction, culture, fuel distribution, mergers and real estate, industry (especially food, refrigeration, building material and auto parts), medical services, hotels, security, labor and trade associations. Professional efforts are focused on understanding our customers’ business needs to offer practical and relevant legal solutions.
All clients deal directly with the partners. The firm values client–team relationship. We work to meet client’s deadlines. We believe that in the business world less time means more efficiency – always assuring the quality of services.

Guilherme Teixeira de Freitas is a Partner in the Labour Law practice of TF+D, where he advises companies on all legal and regulatory aspects of employment relations. Further area of expertise is HNW Families Legal Consultancy. He is admitted to the bars of Brazil (OAB/PR n.º 24.703), Portugal and Luxembourg.

Carlos Silva is a Partner in the Business Law practice of TF+D, where he advises companies on all legal and regulatory aspects of contracts and corporate law. Further areas of expertise are HNW Families Legal Consultancy and Public Regulations. He is admitted to the bars of Brazil (OAB/PR n.º 24.535), Portugal and Luxembourg.
